My tape and rings were 150 per metre though there are some for 200& 250

Yes though if you want gathers then the gathers won't be many and won't look nice. But if you are putting it without the curtain rings then it's ok

For shears 800+200 sewing. For curtains 4mts=2400, sewing it 400, tape and rings 150/metre=600. TOTAL 4400
