Saying that it is disgusting is just a value and nothing objective. It adds to nothing and won't convince the person who thinks objectively. She gives a manipulative impression, and that's probably supported him achieve his goal. And he uses that achievement to rub on his victim, because he knows it has an impact on her child, and won't care how disgusting the mother finds it.
Something tells me that this bully kid was raised without his father in the picture. That would account for him being a bully, because momma’s little angel doesn’t show that side of himself at home. Even a mediocre step-dad would’ve recognized signs of that behavior and at least addressed it in SOME manner.
