Fitzy, that tank player absolutely thinks you're a brainlett who doesn't understand the game for not diving into the enemy team to get los for heals.
My experience whenever I support tanks, honestly. or their feet are glued to the door outside spawn XD

That Blizzard into Mei wall with the Law & Order "DUN DUN" felt almost like a jumpscare, both in its suddenness and your reaction to it.

No, but for real, I like her incredible flexibility, relative independence, and ability to set up her team for incredible plays, and/or cockblock the enemy. She has such a fascinating balance of dps, healing and tanking. It's like playing a bit of each role
@@patt3rs358 how do people really find her an issue? I don’t wince when I see a Mei the same way as I do with whatever meta is happening (junkerqueen atm)

I’ve been trying to play Weaver in my ranked games and Fitzy you are so brave. The moment I get dove by a Genji or Winston all I can think to do is immediately switch. 😩
Accurate
Just run, feel the adrenaline, keep them distracted from the time. Even if you don’t survive and die, the longer you stall them away from the objective, it is value :)
lil pro tip, predict their dash/leaps onto you and utilize your platform after they have used their movement, however, you need to be juking them with petal placement by dodging them in different directions, including dashing past them to petal, as most people expect you to walk backwards and petal. You also need to be learning the best characters on your team to counter the enemy characters and attempting to pull teammates towards you to help you out, rather than just saving pull for low health teammates, it can save your life too, not just your team. Have a mercy? Pull her to heal you. etc etc. Helps with comms as your team will understand better when you tell them directly why you are pulling them towards you.

The weird truth is, because the enemy team is all the same skill level, and not top 500, they may not capitalize on every mistake and make a ton of their own. Throwing in low ranks has to be really aggressive because we miss half the opportunities to capitalize because we don't know they exist

Probably the 2 most frustrating things as Lifeweaver are 1. LOS, tanks especially LOOOOVE breaking my LOS & then crying they are not being healed. I can fold myself into a pretzel for you baby to help you out but I can't fucking HEAL. THROUGH. WALLS. & 2. People lllllllllllllllllloooooovvvveeee taking my flower, but giving nothing back. :( Put my flower down for myself, or a dps to get to high ground, and here comes fuckin Granny Ana "Ooo flower" *steps on it and runs away, leaving me with it still on CD, & praying any dive character doesn't notice me for 10 more seconds*. & the amount of times it happens is TOO. DAMN. HIGH. Put it down, Sigma makes it go up, put another down, Ana, another, ME ON ACCIDENT GOD DAMN IT...
Lifeweaver is fun but I really think y'all got it backwards saying Lifeweavers a troll character & will troll games lol seems most people end up trolling the lifeweaver instead.
No kidding. I think the worst part of his kit is that he has very little control and agency over what platform does, and then Lifegrip takes away control and agency from his team mates lmao. Just in general, I can't believe they designed him this way. It's all terrible.

Truly the support experience. I climbed to diamond 3 only to go on a massive losing streak and dropped down to plat 4. I wanna smash something, preferably the heads of my team mates who don't turn around to help me against the diving enemy team.

Why would he, OW PVP is now the focus. These streamers claiming to pack up are mostly talking through their teeth and aren’t going anywhere. Instead, they should be somewhat mollified by the fact PVP is now the primary focus still.
@@fractalelf7760 You are absolutely right. However, I can't help but feel like we've been here before. Who is to say that content wont stall again. After all, Blizzard knows they don't have to put much effort into the game to make money.

Had a game yesterday I got called many slurs for just playing LifeWeaver… never had much toxic interactions in OW until lately… it makes the game not as enjoyable.

And the higher you are in the air your healing max goes up to 80
Because of his proximity to the sun . That would make him better
To be fair, in gold you can definitely afford to peek past that corner to help your junkerqueen. And even if you can't, it has more to do with Lifeweaver being bad than it being a bad play

If you had next level coordination with a Reinhardt pinning in and then causing massive damage and retracting with an ana, maybe but it's so circumstantial it's basically pointless

@@EnriquePage91 Weaver's actaul healing numbers are probably top 2-3 right now out of all the supports. Being able to autolock heals means nearly all of your heals land.
He has plenty of issues, but he healing isn't really one of them
@@Damocles450 NGL, you’re totally not wrong. He’s just such a freaking pain especially when on your team. I’ve had a 8 to 2 ratio of usefulness whenever I have a lifesucker on my team… I don’t doubt pros “will do fine with him”, but pros are pros. Normal average lifesuckers are just a pain for YOUR team IMO.
I do totally agree with your point however huh, NGL. Plus, whenever I have a good lifesucker on my side, it’s actually not half bad.
@@Damocles450 his healing numbers are high because he's doing nothing else. He's not damaging, his tree pads his stats, and he's probably hanging out far back with a platform ready for his own use.
The stats Blizz made public are really misleading, cause it may sound good, but it's for all the wrong reasons.
My point is that the healing is actually pretty mediocre at best, but is offset by Weaver having literally nothing else of value to contribute 99% of the time.
He’s kind of just a healbot though, at least as is so if any can just be called a support, it’s him haha

Worst healer ever. There’s like three people in the entire world who do not use to ruin their team’s momentum. At least the other characters can only get themselves eff’d, but lifesucker is a professional coq-bloqqer.
Life weaver is a piece of garbage that should be deleted from the game entirely.
Im having fun with him, idk what kind of liveweavers you get 😮
