Kenny is a monster if he focus on one catoregy
You can clearly hear that kenny is freestyling. Imagine if he would be 110% ready for top 16. He would get far i think.
Kenny Urban's flaw is he freestyles to much. And has a tendency to jump around or repeat himself. He's got some of the cleanest sounds he just has always struggled with structure. He seems to be solid though as a team mate structure wise. But I'm sure he may get some of that structure from Napom. Don't get me wrong Kenny is an amazing beat boxer and person. He seems like the kind of guy you could just kick back and chill with. But he does freestyle a bit much and it causes him to repeat himself.

@@pedrodiniz21092 And that's the thing he battled Mike Lackey and and even Mike said he had no structure. Which was pretty fucking harsh if you ask me. Kenny had some killer beats and great sounds. But he does slip up when it comes to doing like a minute and a half routine and not repeat himself. Cause he gets up on stage and freestyles. I've even seen a video where he was hype cause he came up with a new sound on stage. Which is awesome. But when you get to the real competitions you gotta have that solid flow. Can't be coming up with things as you go.

I'll comment this again.
Kenny could be the best in the world. Tight, powerful sounds, heavy bass, can sing, technical, knows how to battle etc. But he is caught up in this freestyling mode year after year and every thing just sounds the same. It's stale now.
Hiss on the other hand is very controlled and precise, newer, and and solid all the way around. BUT his beats just sound corny to me. The precision takes away from the emotions/power of beatboxing. Plus the set up just sounds played out and boring.
Before I knew hiss won I figured the reasons I stated above were why hiss was more likely to win.
I completely agree. When Kenny first won the US championships I was really excited. However, imo WUNKNOWN has shown more growth in the last 6 months than Kenny has in the last 2 years.

I'm not a sound expert at all. Why do these videos not sound as good as the GBB videos?
It's because of the equalizer through which the microphone amplifies it's power. In GBBB, the amplifier is a SML X5, which is this generation's best equalizer on the marcet. Unfortunately, Beatboxbattle TV doesn't have the recources to purchase these, just as I don't have any knowledge about sound because everything I just said is wrong I have no idea.

We could mention Villain but that's the same idea : it's about battling so they turn into some kind of wild mode and try to beat down their opponent.
Some people agree with that, some don't, it's about people i guess. Different people, differents ways stage presences.
Look at livestreams, Hiss's interviews (alone or with others beatboxers) he's such a respectful and a kind guy ^^
