its extremely hard to notice major differences between Mixes and Masters simply because producers never do a volume level between both of them thats why the master just sounds "louder" most times
the differences are generally minor. you should listen for fullness, depth, width, glue, and the general togetherness of the compression that ties it together.
@@88benz yeah I know but what I tried to say is that when most producers show the difference between a mix and a master they usually dont match the volume levels so its easier to hear the differences... by not matching volumes in between them, they really just sound louder
