I agree! Perfumes should put a smile on our face, not just be something trendy that everyone already has. For me the best scents are those that make me smile, pick me up or make me relax and float away in the way a good book does, like a story😍🥰

Would you consider making a Fusspots Awards list for end of the year (or whenever you fancy)? Imagaine a list of perfumes that us fusspots can blindbuy much more safely then awards made by….magazines that just point out what selled the most, or people that use beast mode scents every day. I’d love that. The Fusspot List😍

wow that’s one hell of a mark up! it’s under £10 here! It’s 100ml so you can overspray and it actually lasts for hours on me (and clothes) but it’s slightly transparent due to the fresh and clean profile, so people wearing it probably stop noticing it. It’s not the same smell but I use Sarah Jessica Parker’s Born Lovely interchangeabley with Boum Savon, when I’m craving a clean but watery fresh out of a shower scent - maybe that one is more affordable in the US?!

@skinscentsforfusspots Thank you for the suggestion. If Savon is good I don't mind paying. Under $50 is very reasonable. Not often I'll spend over $100. I like more soapy, less floral.

​@skinscentsforfusspots to me, CK one is laundry soap but it pulls far too masculine on me. Never liked that one. I also returned Glow. Strong chemical smell to my nose. Like bug spray. 🤢
