Great question! The lakes will not be similar to the lagoon. The neighborhood does have an amenity center with a multi-level pool that will overlook the chain of lakes. The lakes themselves will not be "swim-able".
Forget about Fields development for a while. Do you think Fields is overpriced at around 1.7M for 3000 sq ft houses whereas just across the street in Northwood Manor the price is 1M for a 3000 sq ft house ? 10-20% price diff was expected but not 70% ? Don't answer with your realtor hat ON
The builders in Fields vary quite a bit with homes starting in the same range as Northwood Manor up to some with premium views of park space and higher end interior finishings justifying the price. The neighborhoods are not comparable at all in my opinion with Fields having many more neighborhood amenities which will appeal to many buyers. Northwood Manor does also have nice homes if you are looking for a more quiet community in a great location.
@@melaniehillfriscorealtor Completely disagree, I have bought homes from TollBrothers and Highland homes in the past, although you can customize them to whatever extend you want, doesn't elevate the prices of other homes nearby from different builders. I know there are atleast 6-8 builders in fields. Many communities have swimming pools. Whats so great of amenities are you talking about? small pockets of parks.
Do you know whether part of that “lake” area will be similar to the Lagoon in Windsong - at least on the residential side?
