How to Swing a Rope

Turbo, that's a Darkside rope by Revolution Ropes. Think of the spoke as an extension of your first finger. A longer spoke can generally give you a little more control over the swing and delivery of your loop.

Why kind of rope do you use? I use nylon but the loop doesnt keep a circle shape it slacks if that makes sense.

an extra soft rope look at cactus ropes they have a few good options for beginner ropes any they last for awhile look at drustew on here hes got some reall good tips an trick
