How do I reset my Whirlpool refrigerator if it is not cooling?

thanks for the video but why do I need to wait 5-10 minutes? As soon as the power is reset the fridge main board will reboot. What takes 5-10 minutes? Everything else is "dumb" and will just restart right away.
