Try to apply liner in the inner & outer corners of eyes, avoiding the eye lid.. for under eye cream, use the body shop’s eye cream with vitamin e..for white liner, there are many options, wet n wild, rimmel london, lakme also came with one in their recent launch..i hope this helps ❤️
