For someone whose not tresspassing, you're sure trying your hardest to not be loud....all I'm saying is, if I had permission to be there, I'd be borderliner hollering at the chance.
Thats under tracy towers in. That yard as well as Westchester yard do heavy maintenance on R142 so they dont have to be interlined to go to 207 or coney Island over haul shops🤭
Westchester Yard has R142A trains. 207 Street Shop has major maintenance performed on A-Division cars. All railcars numbered 7211 and after are R142A rolling stock. Coney Island Yard has major railcar repairs performed on B-Division railcars.
If you had permission to enter the shop and yard, why was the motion recorded at high speed? I could not even see the numbers on those railcars, let alone some of the equipment that is underneath the chassis. You probably snuck in the train yard.
@@ToTG Well, I will take your words for your sake. You were able to enter the yard and shop by permission from New York City Transit. I am sorry when I mentioned that you went through the shop quickly. I have been fascinated with railcars since I was a child. That is why I wanted to glance at the car numbers. Thank you for tapping or typing to me.
@@Boypogikami132 Who knows how that recording man gained access to Mosholu Yard and Shop. Your comment means that not only what you know may help the matter, but also who you know makes the big difference between advancement and staying behind. Thank you for typing to me.
With all due respect…. B.S. the only way your pop would be allowed is if he worked for MTA and at the Jerome yard. And him bringing a someone who wasn’t an employee would be a liability, much less a child. I don’t think your pop would put his job on the line by bringing his kid in his place of employment, a dangerous place at that. Your story sounds suspect. You did get in and made your tour without getting caught, so more power to ya. ✌🏼
No it doesn't. D train goes to University Ave line. 205st.This is Jerome close to the Deegan. University is more close to Grand Concourse and Webster more east. Plus D train doesn't go this far. But the 1 train does .
Yeahhhhh let me rephrase that bc you are so off. The (D) and (B) trains go to concourse yard which is located a few feet below ground level but next to the (4) line and Lehman coll. The (4) line uses Jerome yard which is located under Tracey Towers. The (4) line will use concourse yard for extra storage as Jerome yard can be full.
Why is this yard not a station too? What a waste of space. I bet people have to stand outside forever in the pouring rain and snow for this train to get out of the yard . So it's like Canal street A station . I used to live in Manhattan.
@@ToTG oh ok. I never took the train that far. I always took the D train to Fordham when I went to the Bronx. If we did have to that far we were always in a car in the early 90' s.
That is the way the agency before New York City Transit Authority built them. Not all train yards need to be near the stations like Rockaway Parkway, Rockaway Park, and 148 Street-Lenox Terminal, etc.
I always wondered what goes on inside. Thanks for sharing it.

It is not that simple because a mta employee will eventually catch you and call the police and the more severe the incident, the bigger the fines.
bruh i would take a 142a and take it to the pelham line so i could watch railfans foam lmao
Bro hit the coney island yard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can’t do overhaul shops bc it’s outdoor and overnight there is still a lot of employees at the yard.

Bro got special permission from MTA do to this, and honestly I expected a false trespasser claim in the comments.
If you had permission then why were you whispering 😂
Children are not allowed. I did not want the security guard to hear me. But my dad was allowed
