The clock was rotationally symmetrical and had no numbers. Their interpretations of the times would be based on the orientation of the clock relative to them.

We are worried about college. Parents put an unbelievable amount of pressure on their children. Finding a college and worrying about college is extremely common.

Growing up, I did not have any friends of color (unless you count a basketball teammate) because there were almost none in my town and I went to a college that was very white as well because I wanted to go to a small town college and that's how many of those happen to be in my area of the country. I do have friends now that are black or Hispanic, though, because I live in a city that's almost half and half and I go to a fairly integrated church. Never would I consider this situation of mine sad, privileged or insular AF and if you met me, you would not think so either.

@@owlabouteverything2066 well in all fairness... not that I'm special but all my watches don't have numbers and i could spot the time on any watch from any angle... once you know where the bottom is you can tell time by an instance.... and even if you don't see it 100% correctly you can still know what time it is.. lol

To add to that, my local community college had a program that would give you guaranteed admission to some universities in my state. You just have to take the specific classes they require and get good grades. Which I found WAY easier than AP classes.
