    Thanks, this was super helpful. Wondering, when I brought the house into my project, the roof disappears (specifically the straw) when you zoom out in the scene, and then reappears when you get closer. Do you happen to know how to fix this so it stays visible? Thanks again.

      you are welcome. I am glad it was helpful. that's due to LOD in unreal engine. have you heard about usage of LOD in unreal? you need to double click on the house and on the right look for LOD and set it to 1 and you will see the house without any problem.

    So…. We migrated our 1000 individual parts that make up our car, now using your method we end up with car as one single part.
    WOW…….what do we do with it now as only one textured mesh?

      This method is useful for assets that you want to use in the background and don't need to be animated, not for a 1000-piece car.
