When we talk about the Saudi league then human rights becomes an issue but when we talk about the premier league and the oil sponsors from Middle East and the oil money, it’s not a deal
Well said, when oligarchs was the owners of clubs it wasn't a problem, when man city literally got transformed it wasn't an issue because the money was being used in England. Now all of sudden it's a massive problem even thought every fan and club wants a sheikh owner
Facts😂😂😂
If you think people weren't talking about it, you weren't paying attention. There was backlash and protests.
I always see people having a problem with Man City’s owners, Newcastle’s owners and PSG owners etc and also the sponsors.
Just because others are bad doesn’t make Saudi Arabian human rights laws better.
@@Applicant357literally no one said that. Its actually the argument you choose to make to justify your hypocrisy. No one ever said the human rights violations of Saudi Arabia is fine. And just like the human rights crimes of one nation and its representative financial corporations are wrong, it's ALSO WRONG to ignore those who welcome financial investments from those same entities and make profits from those who are protected by a government which commits human rights violations.

Inserting a non-innocent behavior or practice such as LGBTQRSTU++ into human rights is just demolishing the establishment idea of human rights itself. The reason humans rights began to expand is due to the extermination of WWll guess who began WWl+WWll and other huge mass destruction and who took slaves and treated them with neither dignity nor respect and whom treated woman as an object and some western philosopher said that women are uncompleted men. I'll leave it to your imagination of whom are calming to be the free speech welcoming and friendly countries.
Its because anyone who comments that lives in the middle east, and therefore approves of the terrible acts their governments allow because those acts directly benefit them.

If he was a politician that had some control then you might possibly have a point. But since he doesn't I'd question why you wont debate his point if you don't agree with it?
More interesting is that you believe his opinion isnt valid due to where he comes from, I'm sure there is a word for that 🤔

Since we are talking about human rights, why are children from religious backgrounds being harassed/forced to take classes that are meant for lgbtq people? This happened this year in canada and USA.
Because being gay is biological, it therefore happens to people from each region of the world regardless of religion, or whether they want to feel that way or not. Following a specific religion is ideological, so it is something people can accept or reject as they learn about the idea. I mean who would choose to be gay in the middle East, and yet there are many gay people there. But no one was yet born adhering to a specific religion.

Of course the money offered is an understandable reason to go there but so is not wanting to support a football industry literally built in blood to entice them.
