How to update your DLI NUMBER through gc key account! college change!

i updated my new dli number in gc key college transfer did everything in the month of August around 15-20 i didnt got any email or confirmation regarding that?

Hi , i had started my program in march and my program will end in December in private college.
And i have loa of public college starting in january .
This is must for me to change my dli before 1 November because of in demand courses given by ircc .
And i want to complete my program in previous college . Will it okay ❓
Can i work in that case while studying in private college upto December ❓.
