9:35 Technically speaking, it's not the altitude itself, but the increased movement speed they get from it, that triggers their jetpacks. Not a super important in this event but, it should be kept in mind when you encounter them somewhere else (like IS4 for example).
11:13 Yeah, all the Liskarm's blocks were taken by the 3-block car. Think of it this way: When your OP blocks any enemy, that enemy "removes" one of the OP's blocks. So when an enemy needs more block to be blocked, they "remove" that number of blocks from the operator. I still remember how I had to learn this the hard way 😅
The ball acts like a block too, so if you just keep the ball in the middle lane the robo cop will have to take a longer route giving you a lot more time to kill him. Puzzle is one of the best vanguards to have in lone trail, his talent gives him extra sp whenever he hits an undamaged enemy and the balls are both hittable and undamagable, pack this with the extra apsd that you get from having your units face up or down and his dp printing even surpasses Myrtle (you'd need to use S1 tho)
What you can do in CW-9 to beat the 4-block guy is juggle the ball up and down and NOT hit him with the ball. Here’s what I mean: -Robocop (4-block guy) wants to go to the middle blue box. He has insane defense and res, but he loses it the more you hit him. -You can’t block him, BUT, you can confuse him. He’ll beeline to the middle blue box, but if you shift the ball upwards BEFORE he gets to the yellow tiles with the ball, he’ll go back to the red box and around the wall and make his way through the bottom lane. -If you time it right, you can shift the ball DOWNWARDS, making the middle lane the shortest path again, and Robocop will go BACK to his red box, go around the wall, and walk through the middle lane. -When he’s in the middle lane, shift the ball upwards to make him go back once again and make his way to bottom lane. I think you’re seeing where we’re going here. We are using your balls 😏 to make Robocop go back n forth over and over again, giving us plenty of time to hit him many many times. So much so that even your marksmen can kill him.
iirc, Heavyrain, Croissant, and Bison's modules give them 4-block so that might help if you can find a support unit with modules; or maybe take advantage of Elysium or Wanqing's module to give a defender +1 block? Alternatively, in that level, you could use Amiya's True Damage - or maybe gamble on Franka's DEF ignore - or maybe Valarqvin + Diamante? if you change the gravity earlier you could force the enemy to detour the long way by blocking off his path with the ball.
@@NikkiTheViolist Strangely enough, Bison actually only has mod X (+20% DEF when blocking) instead of mod Y (4 block). I had no idea until I looked it up, but for 5-stars it's only Heavyrain and Croissant with the 4-block module due to this. No idea why
love the vid. been doing lone trail no 6 stars and ive been having a blast. i started ak last year on lone trail so i was a guide watcher to do the event last time. its a nice change to use the wrinkles in the brain.
enemy usually cost 1 block to block but they are special enemy usually car/ram/bullies who require 3 block to block. some character can block 4 like hoshi(with module) or some support can up block count by one (that particular support can also remove one block). minimalist is a good 5 star caster that can be gotten from 2nd gavial event (Ideal City: Endless Carnival)
Any protector defender Y module (Heavyrain or Croissant) could block 4, or you can do a kind of dance with that ball and shift it up earlier and that'll re-route the path of the tanky traffic dude (that's what I had to do to clear this last year when I was very underleveled from starting the game like a month earlier). You do need to make sure that it shifts into place before he gets to the spot so he's not clipped into it already though.
The reason the enemy walked past on CW-5 is because your defender was already using all 3 block on the rocket-shaped enemy. They're such a nuisance like that. I think your best bet for getting 4 block at this point is to clear stage 10-11 and pick up Heidi (or borrow from a friend). Her S2 grants +1 block to allies within her range. Good luck, Jar! You got this!
Doing a little more research, you could also try and get Croissant or Heavyrain's PRO-Y modules (only level 1 needed) to increase their block count too. I hope this helps!
i recomend save gold certs for 5 stars on Kranel, most of 5 star kranel are pretty strong still, the problem is that pulling on Kranel feels pretty bad cus of the blue certs, some times not even the sure 5 star makes it worth.
The robocops lose defense and res while u damage them. So just kroos alter s2 can melt them as soon as he gets in the range and if u cooked the 4 hit proc beforehand. Thats how i did it bassicaly. (with thorns helping ofc but still kroos did most of the job)
I tried lone trail for the first time, it was easy but however, the S stages are reall hard like CW S 4 in the "pursuing of the present". I got rage alot because of missile launcher robots. But thanks to wisadel, it looked slightly ez now
For the 4 block dude, control tools buy you time (slow, bind, stun), and things that bypass its defenses work. Franka s2, Valarqvin necrosis, Amiya true damage. Also, the block 4 dude’s defense and res decay EVERY time it’s hit. So someone like Kroos Alter who can hit it a bajillion times can get it down to manageable defense/res for others to smack.
It feels like just yesterday Jar started playing. Now he has a 2nd account and is doing niche knights. They grow up so fast.
@@mr.pockets8523 next I'll be doing single unit clears, just watch me 😂
Minimum button presses is where it is at.

man rolls double 6 stars on the 5 star account pain.

New Jarold video wooooooo! First time in a while I'm not actually up when video drops damn

Yes thats actually how i think about the block count too, i just wasn't paying attentioon and didn't actually notice the car at the time

I agree, nice to actually play around some mechanics instead of just brute forcing it
for the 4block dude, i used the necrosis on logos s2, but valarqvin from is4 would do the same thing for you i think, just at worse rates

Its not fun with 3stars only i want to die
How did you manage to have 1 operator at E2 while being a newbie. Asking for a tips btw
You could Borrow a Heidi, She Increases the Block of all ops in range by 1 with her second skill
i think only Ling S3 dragon had 4 block. also bursting it is the usual way to deal with it
Module hoshi also gets four block. not that it matters here, both are forbidden for this accounts rules
@spiringlake9129 true. forgot about hoshi
Normal defenders with y module get 4 block, Gavial S3 gets 5 block, Cuora S2 and Nian S2 increase block by 1
