This is one of the BEST designs I have seen so far. I would not mind the nation investing in this design. It kept the residence aspect while being awesome in outside appearance and lavish on the inside. The only things I would change in the way it looks right now are the waterworks. I would probably put them further ahead on the front lawn, so that the lawn closer to the stairs is clear of obstacles and more defensible (the president must be kept safe). You also have the fact that people inside the palace must have a magnificent view as well, and those waterworks would not be visible enough from the inside.
I agree with you Miníste I hope that one day I will be able to come to my father's homeland Ayiti this is very beautiful design and I hope that this will be built.

By far this is the best model I've seen, time has change we needed it more modernize like this design when compare to the old one. This model has a nice circular driveway the only thing missing is the Haitian flag. Otherwise I don't see any comparison to the white house as some people have suggested. It has a more tropical look and the windows can attract the sun more which is even better and the lighting at night shows it's beauty. Out with the old style in the new, this is the future look we have to upgrade to different designs with all the new buildings.

It's just beautiful! What you need now is a very good landscape architect to give the place the trees and feel of a Caribbean country while keeping it a bit of privacy from the streets. Just some thoughts which I hope will be well taken. I understand that I cannot see the whole plan, i.e. a finished concept, but to me it's just beautiful!

Why is this making me sad and wants to cry? I honestly want it to be rebuilt I loved it so much and my country however I would’ve loved to have the old one back but this makes me happy cause we need a palace. I miss and love back home so much it hurts

This is a very beautiful concept and I just want to say that it's very appropriate for a businessman but this is not fit for a country president especially in Haiti with all that historical wealth and culture...

The idea is not too bad but it's not impossing enough . The Palace should be grandiose Also the roof top is taking too much space and attention

D'habitude j'aime beaucoup vos projets. Je trouve que cette architecture du palais a un côté hotel chic. L'aspect prestigieux pour un endroit aussi important est absent. En comparaison à l'ancien palais votre projet semble commun. Il manque définitevement "un je ne sais quoi" à votre architecture. C'est dommage..
