An 8.8 rating tells us just how great the REOs are and how much we have come to expect from them with every song. I have to give this a 10/10.
One of the happiest songs written and even happier now that the REO brothers are singing it❤❤❤❤❤
The REO Brothers are currently on US tour..They are performing tonight, Aug 11 at Bentonville, AR and after that they have one or two more performances and they're back to the Philippines.
They never disappoint you whenever take up any songs, brilliant!
They sound very authentic. They did a great job! I love ELO. I was a baby when the original came out, so sort of missed the boat, but when I was about 10 and in my teeny bopper phase, my mother showed me the film Xanadu with Olivia Newton John, and that's when I became an ELO fan. I still think it's one of the best movie soundtracks out there. ❤
The Reo Brothers definitely did this justice. I love that they have diverse talents too. A real family band. Great stuff 👏

Xanadu, now there's a blast from the past.
These guys always seem to get the sound spot on, be it The Beatles, Bee Gee's or Dire Straits.
We will check out more from them soon.

for your info you guys are among at least 100 other reviewerswho have done multiple videos on the lads ... they have also now been invited to perform at the beatles on the beach festival in the USA in december ... ( a possible headline so Ive heard) their USA tour is attracting a lot of attention I can tell you!

Reo Brothers started their tour in July 15th in Las Vegas, Nevada
Ralph on the bass does the low register and there's a built in 'vocoder' on the keyboard!

check out their midnight blue by ELO too ..its just one keyboard that can be split into different sounds ... to us fans the keyboard is the sixth member of the band as its a Roland keyboard .. a 6th R lol
renos kit is a small ludwig kit which he uses for recording at home when they gig the drums are supplied

Love this amazing brothers. Together with Angelina Jordan I play their songs daily...never tired to listen...and so fun to see youngsters do the old classics. My favorite is Sirius/Eye in the Sky - Alan Parson project...I hope u react to that one day...I hope u also do more Angelina Jordan...hopefully also some Karolina Protsenko...both singing and play her violin.

That wasn't a half bad version to be honest. I hadn't heard the original for some years, so stopped the vid and gave it a spin. Back to back this is clearly the cover but surprisingly good.
