The less frequently she does it, the more impactful it will be which means she'll have to be careful about hurting her guest's feelings. I had not felt complete for a couple of years since I quit fencing 3-5 times a week and did not get to have a (ceremonial) sword when I was in the cavalry band, because the were getting restored that year. (Sweden still have a band riding horses in the military) .
