Because remember in that episode when she was crying because she remembers how the other elves was rejecting her because of what she deciding to do. And every time she gets emotional about it Callum is always there for her. (🤓)

And I must say Rayla looks so different but it's a good different because it shows how much Rayla has grown in the two years she was separated from her friends in Katolis. And I'm hoping that Rayla doesn't leave again after she returns in Season 4. Because the one thing that I've noticed in the final battle of Season 3. Is when the good elves and the humans all work together they are stronger as a team. And Callum needs Rayla to stay because he didn't even want to celebrate his 17th birthday because he said it was the anniversary of the day she left. Because Callum was 14 in Season 1, 2 and 3. And after the final Season 3 battle Rayla left Callum on the morning of his 15th birthday. And i know this because there was this article that was posted on Google and it was revealing the letter that Rayla had wrote to Callum before she left. (🤓)

Good. I definitely don't know anything about Voltron, but as I saw the animation designer, I can say that not only Callum, but Rayla is also based on those characteristics. Do you see how the chins are thinner and more defined? At least that's what I think.
