I would buy but have been disappointed in other binding machines from We R Makers

I want to know if the page protectors have the ring tab still on or cut off before binding?

Watching this replay right now and noticed one she showed with the colouring pages in - a lot of gaps in the binding where pages weren't stuck in the middle of at the bottom of the pages. 19:46

After you take it out of the machine, you are supposed to tamp it down on the table to make sure the glue spreads, and then let it cool. HSN moves so fast it is like incomplete demos. I watched the super long demo on the UK channel and they told everything.

@@PrettyLittlePackages Yes, the show in the UK about this was so great. Learned a lot there. Also one can put the book back in. Aly shows tamping it down later in the day on craft day.

Do you need a glue strip for every page?

no I would say it would be for a bunch of pages Im guessing like 20-25 pages for one glue strip.

I did not purchase. In a few year, you won't be able to find the glue strips anywhere, so the machine will be useless.

I bought the original thermal binding machine from Provo Craft in 2013. With that machine, I used hot glue on the cover or the binding strip. You put it on spread it even about 3mm thick let it dry and then plop it in the machine. I still have it, and it still works. But it could only bind smaller books, and it also sealed laminating pages. I have a feeling with this machine you can do the same thing. I say this because WRMK remived the comments I have been posting in IG the past wk 1st asking if that was an option and then just staying what I put here. Now I see there is an auto ship option, ... so I guess they really want to choose people's bindings for them and charge through the nose! With silicone scrappers now, it will be so much easier to spread the hot glue. With fabric hot glue as an option now, a material binding could work if you thinly layered fabric glue, let it dry, then regular hot glue, let it dry and bind! Also, there are tons of options for thermal binders in amazon, just not tif blue or pink. Let me know if this helped. I wanna know if they are gonna take this down, too!
