My son was chronically ill and I would sing lullabies to him every night for hours. When he died I sang this to him as his last song. I’ve searched everywhere for a good version and haven’t found one until now. Thank you so much for the gift of your voice and your performance. I listen to this and I think of my little Royce and I wish he could’ve heard you too.

Lisa Gerrard’s vocals on the soundtrack are awesome, but imagine what it would have been like if the woman who gave us that awesome delivery of Deliver us had sung the vocals. RIP Ofra. I can imagine this being a scene in a Disney movie, where some guy is wondering around this empty place, thinking he's alone when he hears this beautiful voice and immediately stops in his tracks. He listens and then gets drawn in, now desperately trying to find who this voice belongs to as it gets closer. He then finds the voice and stares in awe, watching the woman sing before he steps or bumps into something, causing the woman to stop and then fleeing in embarrassment or something. That's just the vibe I get from her voice since it's just that angelic and powerful at the same time.
