I've been there for a few of those gutless Dad jokes 😂
    Loved listening in, Alek!

After watching Polly go through TG and her lifestyle and diet, I thought the same thing myself. She is doing so well. I eat quite healthy, however probably not enough each day, and I am very active gardening, mowing lawns, upcycling furniture (however I need to start walking again). I am very aware of this and am psyching myself up to it timewise as well as us having had a really cold and wet winter here in Australia. Also having a positive attitude as well helps. I know not all people can feel well after TG with other contributing factors or backslides from surgery but I wondered whether diet may be a factor of some not feeling well. It would be great if you do get a recipe book out and perhaps write some pages in the front of what a typical day looks like with meals and snacks for some people. It may help others. I often post the symptoms of dumping syndrome as I see a few people referring the dumping syndrome as dumping in the toilet, as they are not explained to about dumping being a reactive hypoglycaemic episode as well. Thank you lovely ladies for all that you do. We usually try to come to the US every few years as I have a penfriend in Oklahoma, I would love to come and meet you both in Alberquerque next time. :))) Love Jo xxx
