The reality is Ilhoon DIDN'T have to leave. BTOB didn't want him to leave, but Ilhoon himself decided to do it for his brothers. I'm sure they tried everything they could to prevent him from leaving, but you can't force someone to stay when that person already made up his mind. He has admitted guilt and I hope the court will be lenient to him as he has taken responsibility for his actions. The thing we should do now is pray that he will not get harshly punished for that 🤞. Above everything else I do not wish to see this affecting his future, whether he decides to return to his group or not.
