It's a weird thing in League where if someone dies mid animation of a spell, the spell comes through, even though it doesn't do anything. Noticed that with playing Thresh a lot, if I die while casting my Q, the Hook just goes through the enemies.
Kha zix Q evolve has been pretty dead since they removed bonus dmg from the evolve. Additionally you stack cdr which makes the 50% cd reduction on isolation rly useless. Whether you have 1.8 sec q cd or 0.9 rly doesn't matter. If you go Q over R evolve on 6 all you gain is essentially objective clear speed. However you will struggle to enter/exit fights and to actually get your damage off. Put differently, you're sandbagging yourself. All other evolves provide you with more while also not being conditional.
