You are the man sir sage. I appreciate this video and you helping small businesses grow. Also, we now have protectors that are .50mm scratch, UV resistant and flat top.
They literally want over 40 dollars for a black cardboard box🤣 They are likely manufacturing them for less than 5 bucks a shelf and ripping collectors off. Im going to try and source some cardboard and get some different colored tapes and make one myself.
I will never buy another set of cardboard shelves. I'm embarrassed that I ever did. For the 70$ I spent I could of bought 2 sheets of 1/2 inch birch plywood and made something stronger and movable. You could also just buy 1x4 Finger Joint Primed wood from any hardware store and use a couple cheap wall brackets. SMH..
Great video Sage, love the look of the Display Geek shelves! Completely agree with what you said, quality over quantity always wins! Thanks for showing us your awesome setup!
Would the plastic protector protect signatures? I have two funko pops that are signed and have them in a dark corner of my room so the signature doesn't disappear or something. If so I think that will be amazing.
Do you use the classic display or the solo displays? I’m a little confused on which to get. I’m confused on if the classic display has 3 shelves to fit 12 in box or not.
Ignore Dark Sage message lol The Classic and the Inbox are not the same display. Classic is made to fit the box sideways behind the pop for out of box collectors who like the storage aspect. Inbox (now Solo) is what he has. The photos should tell the story.
@@TheDarkSage Right and lamps. The thing is, it can take months to even years depending on lamp type and intensity. I have seen comic book and collectable rooms with faded lithography due to interior lamps, alone. I keep everything in containers. That's not really displaying, however.
Yes you can order from our website but shipping is brutal and out of our control. The size and weight is just too much. We hope to have a solution as soon as possible.

Awesome job guys

You rock! Also, we now have protectors that are .50mm scratch, UV resistant and flat top.
The face at 1:00 You can see the "I've spent way to much on these please don't judge me look" Lol. That alone made me sub.
Great tips on displaying and taking care of funko pops. Thanks for sharing.😉👍⭐
I love shumi protectors. Like you said quality.. . 6 no tab
There the best
Its so hard for me to justify spending money on cardboard shelves.. It looks great but its so hard for me to justify..
They're garbage. Just a lil' bit of moisture would practically destroy them.

@@mikeyyg2000 You happen to make them yourself? If so you mind giving me the details?

Was literally just looking for shelves for my pops
These are PERFECT for Funko Pops!
Where do you purchase those pop protectors I can’t find them online
I usually find them in the stores like Target, Gamestop & Walmart
We now have protectors that are .50mm scratch, UV resistant and flat top.

Witch case in display geek did you buy. There are a lot of different ones that’s why I’m asking.
Hi, I cant seem to find this on their website. Can you help me out?
Great collection, I only collect Naruto, Buruto, Avatar and Attack on Titan.

I have the classic in box display

The extreme mounting tape does it hold well for the box display?
I’m not sure since I have not used it
@@TheDarkSage oh ok. Thank you for the video. It’s really helpful
Aww, they look perfect but I got as far as checkout and it seems they don't ship to Canada. 🥺
But what about fading from lamps and sunlight?
UV rays are emitted from the sunlight, and the protectors have that

Do these shelves fit hard stacks?
I don’t think so, but if they do they don’t fit 4 pops in a row
do you know any display cases that have a way for it to not fall out that's inexpensive?
These are good and don’t fall if you plant them right
Whats the hack for the security deposit?!
Use a glue gun to fill the holes up. You can buy it at Walmart or Home Depot.
If you guys dont want to drill holes, you can always use double sided 3m tape haha
I love how he says “funko” 2x faster than every word
SUBBED!
Maybe one day I'll have the Ryuk and Light yagami pop's that he has 🥲
5:14 that top isn't flat. Shumi makes the best protectors with really flat tops.
Right. Shumi .6
when you gonna come over and film this fire collection over here?
What don't you display that PA Vegeta?
I used to and I still do. It’s on my manga book shelf
I thought I was the only African pop collector
anybody know if I can get display geek in Europe?

@@DisplayGeek thank you man, I'll be your first customer then!
For those who have protectors and have that bulge on top, i have a short on my YT channel on how to fix that. Very easy to do.
I have 280 funkos...thats a lot of money if i wanna use the shelves🥲🥲
IM BACK BRUH
His hack is just plastering and painting his wall
.....
$40 for some cardboard lmao you played yourself
Oh
