I'm American and I always admired President Musharraf during his years in power. In my view, he was always a loyal ally, he withstood multiple assassination attempts, brought his country to much better conditions (with our aid) even as some of his ISI officers were enabling the jihadis. I recalled his powerful and stable demeanor mixed in with bits of humor and here he displays the same gravitas, though a touch slower and older, he even went to the point of lecturing the over caffeinated anchor here. Is this really how an anchor conducts himself?

This musharraf is saying that India isn't accepting UN 1948 kashmir resolution, but the fact of the matter is that Pakistan did not accept. THE Resolution recommended a three-step process for the resolution of the dispute. First, Pakistan was asked to withdraw all its nationals from Kashmir, second, India was asked to progressively reduce its forces to the minimum level required for law and order and the third, India was asked to appoint a plebiscite administrator nominated by the UN who would conduct a free and impartial plebiscite. Pakistan objected to the retention of the Indian forces in Kashmir, even at the minimum level allowed by the resolution.
Musharaff has a distinction of being a DOUBLE refugee... From India to Pakistan to anywhere in the world.

i am against this death sentence and there are civil rights workers and activists in Pakistan trying to help him. Bust i must say Indian government and specially indian media made it to worse. Now Pakistan govt is forced to comply with the Death Penalty,just to show the m,asses that India dont dictate Pakistan. I would request to use the peoples power both India and pakistan writing petitions and letters to the GoP for his rights.

India has not been violating any UNSC resolution. A journalist of the calibre of Rahul Kanwal should be knowing about this.
UNSC resolution 47 says (to be read out in sequence) -
1) Pakistan should withdraw all of its nationals from Kashmir. This clearly implies that all Pakistani military and the tribal raiders were to be withdrawn by Pakistan as the first step.
2) Next India was required to "progressively" gradually reduce its military presence in Kashmir, to an extent that it doesn't affect the upkeep of law and order
3) After these two steps only, that plebiscite administrator from UN can conduct a partial and free plebiscite!!
If at all anyone is violating the UN convention, it is Pakistan, not India. The onus to conduct plebiscite in Kashmir starts with Pakistan not India. If somebody is violating the Vienna convention here it is Pakistan, not India by not providing consular access to Kulbhushan Yadav. No country would ever declare a spy as "son of the soil" and give him consular access. Look at cases of spies, nowhere have the countries owned them. All this propaganda is garbage ! A banana court in Pakistan military has declared death sentence, India must use all its might to bring the innocent man back!

But this guy is not letting Musharaf to hair his views and trying to hide the truth by interrupting. If you are conducting an interview, you have to be neutral like CNN or BBC. dear viewers .... i want to highlight something that i discovered about pakistan and bangladesh that could effectively nullify these 2 countries and bring them back into the indian union ...... i have been surveying google earth satelite maps of indian subcontinent and i have discovered a huge discrepancy in the population of these two countries vs the real population figures ..... pakistan and bangladesh have inflated their population figures by as much as 3 times which i have verified from surveying these satellite images ..... india's population on the other hand is actually larger than the census figures ......this means all the census figures from the days of the british raj have been fabricated inflating the muslim majority in northwest india and east bengal as a basis for the partition which now seems obvious was already planned by the british in the 19th century probably after the 1857 mutiny......i think muslim majority in prepartition bangladesh and pakistan would not have exceeded 55-60% vs the 70-90% as reported in census 1941 .....even today the indian govt is giving false census figures for kashmir where they claim 5 million people live in kashmir valley but in reality the population is less than 2 million and less than jammu region.....PLEASE START CHECKING THESE MAPS SURVEYING VILLAGES AND TOWNS AND YOU WILL DISCOVER THE TRUTH
