Is it possible to get a tension replacement?
Why do you not put it through both hoops? Why only one?
If I threaded it through both it would end up in a tangled mess. I'd imagine the two arms could mean that you could wind two strand on but I haven't tried that so I'm not sure how it would feed off for the knitting machine.
