Prolly too late, but....if you notice for the bottom axis he took the biggest number (33) minus the smallest number (0), then divided by the number of boxes (10), and finally rounded up to some easy number to number each box (3.3 became 4).
Prolly too late, but...generally Time is what we decide to measure something by (ie. deciding to measure every minute). This makes it the independent variable which goes across the X axis. The results we get from the measurements (the dependent variable) then goes up the Y axis.
NICE but i what do i do when i have decimals to plot. Took me 20 minutes to correctly draw it and our exam is an hour long. But this works even so, liked.
