There's another little puzzle in the video in my eyes: notice that to summon his lady, General Wang has to sacrifice his four followers, whereas there's no sign that they had to sacrifice anyone to summon him. That to me implies that the wife is either somehow more powerful than he is, or maybe she was dead a lot longer = requiring more power to summon back?
Or maybe they can only perform the ritual once without the sacrifice. The second time requires it.
Or after performing the first ritual to resurrect Jackson, they hv lost much energy. Thus using the last of their energy for the resurrection of the girl, they are left with nothing.
Maybe they're already sacrifice someone before the mv started =))

This is what I get from watching this, forgive me if my imagination run too wild, but heres the story for me： Jackson used to be the loyal guard of this lady, and due to the war or for the benefit of their country the lady has sacrificed herself ( hence she's dead), and Jackson also died from this war of some sort and before he died, he regreted, regreted the fact that he never spoke his true feelings towards his lady and now his lady is dead and he is about to die as well for nothing but this war taminated world. His heart is filled with rage and regrets, he is so sicken by this world, why should they be sacrificed for this world? (Now he kind of turned from a protagonist to an antagonist) Before he died he asked his loyal servants to find a way to revive him. At the beginning of this video shows how his servants revived him. And he went on a journey to find his lady's grave, and proceed with the revive ritual which eventually cost all 4 servant's lives, and sucessfully revived her. The lady was suprised to be revived , and somewhat was happy to see her beloved loyal guard there waiting for her. However when she found out that what he did, she was upset, she sees the change that Jackson is no longer loyal to the country and family but himself. She loved him as well but she did not want to use other people's life to grant her own happiness, so she tried to run ( the dance where she was breaking free from him but Jackson pulled her back to his arms, her expression shows how she was conflicted inside her). In the end Jackson held her and made her sleep again, because it's the only way they can be together forever. He used his last strength to redone the ritual, to have their soul tied together and be in the underworld forever (where he keeps whisper in her ears that he is the only one that she needs）.
Dude I feel like I can probably write a novel out of this LOL I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MV!

The handsigns appeared in this MV are neither from any Ninja culture nor from any animates. Those are from 奇门遁甲九字真言：临兵斗者皆阵列前行, which is an important culture from ancient China. (This part of Chinese culture, 结节, was formed around the year of 400 in China, and later was brought to Japan. That's why the similar elements were shown in some Japanese animates or Ninja culture.) I really liked the song. The music video has a really nice Chinese aesthetic to it, but it fits really well in delivering a story. I'm quite a fan of the effort Team Wang and the Director did in this smaller budget work. Also big shoutout to the Kinjaz for another sick choreo.

Actually its more like resurrection than summoning.The soldiers resurrect their general,when the general woke up he resurrect his lover with the help of his soldiers,but I think that his soldiers died in the end.Then general buried himself again with his lover.This is the story if I'm not mistaken.
