    That blue Jays team remind me of the Yankees alot of power hitters who also strikeouts a ton you need contact hitters to win in October

    as a jays fan, it's hard to see them lose. But the royals did amazing.

    Jays were so close and with Osuna on the mound in the 9th. Pompey with 90 feet to Home plate. This series was close.

      @@jrdonaldson2053 I have been watching the 92 and 93 back to back
      championships almost on a weekly basis. Way too many stars to mention. Tom Henke and Duane Ward was an awesome duo. Duane Ward as the setup man and Tom Henke as the closer. Watching highlights of these two in the series brought some good memories.

    The Royals 3rd base Coach definitely got redemption in this game after the 2014 World Series.

      He made the right call in both situations. Gordon would've been out by a country mile at the plate.

    I think this is my favorite game of the whole 2015 post season.
    To be fair, there are a LOT of really good/fun games to choose from, but this one just really clinches it for me.
    I remembered the whole "Cain scores from first on a single by Hosmer" against the Blue Jays - but I forgot that it came in such a pivotal moment. 8th inning, winning run. Absolutely friggen insane!
    That's juuuuuust below Alcides Escobar lead off inside the park HR in the 1st inning of WS game 1 for my favorite moments of that post season.

      Royals scout noticed Bautista kind of tosses the ball to the cut off man without much zip on the ball, so in that situation and with Cains speed he was ready to take advantage if the ball was hit to Bautista and he did exactly that.

    • @JohnBinMO
      @JohnBinMO 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ryanc9888 I think it was Rusty Kuntz, the first-base coach at the time, who noticed Bautista's tendency to do a spinning throw into second base on a line drive to right to prevent the batter from advancing to second. In fairness to Bautista, it's normally a smart and effective move-but not when it's a speedster like Lorenzo Cain on the basepaths.
