Why are the Trucks attempting to back up onto the soft new site? Just drive up and dump half way on the existing road and the edge of the new site. The Dozer is there to push the material onto the site. There's no need whatsoever for the Trucks to back up until it's compacted enough to do so. Also a "Half Loaded Truck" driving up and down the edge of the site will compact it and your problems of Trucks getting stuck are over.
