The queen of Isla Nublar VS the biggest carnivore the world had ever seen VS the cause of extinction event in Isla Sorna. Until the fight was interrupted by the extinction level hybrid The Ultimasaurus, who forced the 3 giant apex predator work together along side the new hybrid apex predator allies The Indominus-Rex.

This explains why the new Indominus Rex (which is identical to the original Indominus Rex 2015) did not face off Rexy, Spino, nor Zeb. The new Indominus Rex is not the same destroyer.

When they cloned the next Indominus Rex. It would be identical to the original Indominus Rex in 2015. They probably modified the genetics to make sure to control her instinct unlike the original Indominus Rex from 2015.
