Hey there! We've booked our Disney cruises through Dreams and you get onboard ship credit as well as a nice gift basket. So for Universal, I reached out to get a quote - and they were able to get me a nicer hotel for a lower rate than I was finding. They also sent me helpful info and guides as I was planning our trip and answered questions along the way. it doesn't cost anything, so it may be worth it to get a quote from them and see if it's the same as what you're seeing online!
Royal Pacific has Jurassic World themed kids' suites, Portofino Bay has Despicable Me Kids’ Suites, and Hard Rock Hotel has Future Rock Star Suites. So that makes the room experience a lot cooler. But otherwise we don't think (and haven't seen in all the vlogs we watch which is a lot) that there are immersive character experiences at the resorts!
