I love how Chen's voice conveys so much emotion; listening to him (and watching his kind face and gestures) is so cathartic. I cried listening to Last Scene, but at the same time it felt healing. And then Traveler healed me even more, painting pictures of going somewhere warm and sunny and happy with someone I love. It's a shame more of the world doesn't know about Chen and his incredible voice; his vocals are world-class legendary. But even more than his impressive technical prowess, it's the healing he is somehow able to impart to us through singing that I'm most in awe of. He deserves the world
First time I’ve seen Chen nervous! What must it feel like coming from military service and suddenly back in the spotlight again? I’m not really a fan of sad ballads, and listened more to Traveler and I Don’t Even Mind when the album dropped. But after watching Chen FM and the live performances, really can appreciate Last Scene and the whole album more. Last Scene is heartbreakingly beautiful.
I never listened to Exo but somehow found Chen first Mini album (April, and a flower) and fell in love with his voice, so beautiful. I‘m forever grateful he exists and I get to listen to his music.
