That was a good use of scraps & no one would know!! I lost the papa bear die cut & couldn't find it for a couple of years until I happened to be clearing out my stamp box & low & behold it was in there! I have no idea of how it got there!! In my early days I lost a stamp & couldn't find it & a few days later, found it on the floor in the bottom of my wardrobe!! It must have stuck to my clothing somehow because I checked my arms etc at the time, so weird a place to find it!! So your duck will turn up eventually where you least expect it to...
Sorting them by size really helps as a starting point. Then it's kinda like a puzzle, moving them around the page to see what looks good. You could even look for a sketch that has similar sized pieces if you have larger scraps than I did for this page.
I would be so euphorically content if my scraps were as minimal as yours - mine is well organised, but there's two, 4x4 Ikea shelf units with A4 document folders colour coded for each cardstock colour ... and they are chockers (for our Americans here, that means "ABSOLUTELY FULL!)" My problem is also that my family is very small, and they're mostly not that well travelled or have interests that provide me with much scrapbooking material or inspiration, so the chance of me making much of an impact on all these bits any time soon are not good 😼meanwhile your layouts and inspiration are as always so awesome Chelsea 💌
Chockers...lol never heard that before but I love it! I keep all my cardstock scraps filed with the full sheets so I reach for the scraps first before cutting into a full sheet. That's the only thing that I've found works for me. I just recently did a paper purge and got rid of a lot of pattern paper scraps...it feels good to clear the decks a bit! I'm so happy you're finding inspiration from my videos. Happy scrappin!

Sadly, no. Stampin' Up is not providing digital copies of the guides and the only way to get a copy is to buy a workshop. CTMH used to offer them for free on their website and that was such a nice perk.

As soon as I saw this stamp/die set I thought it would be excellent for scrapbooking. I'm so glad I got it!

My duck die did turn up! A couple days ago I found it stuck to the bottom of my dimensionals 😂 What a relief!
