I feel it’s important to keep 1 (pri) or 2 (Bkup) credit cards especially if you are disciplined spender.I have not paid 1 rupee for late payment in about 2 decades.Adv…Airport Longue Access,Insurance when tickets are booked through the card, Car rental outside India,Regular house hold expenses payment resulting in point accumulation, additional emergency fund coverage, development of good credit history for future loans,Some cards come with excellent mark up and save lots of dollars while travelling abroad and save trouble of carrying cash / withdrawal at local ATMs ( CC work out cheaper than Debt cards )
Regarding Credit card I employed following policy. A. Cash spending up to Rs.750.00 (Of course now all cash expenses are put up on G Pay and Paytm. I hardly spend cash for buying groceries or vegetables. B. Debit card or now all digital payment platforms up to Rs. 2500.00 C. Credit cards above Rs. 2500.00 I used credit cards frequently. I never defaulted credit card payment ever. Do not default credit card payment and then this avenue is fantastic.
I strongly disagree with few points & my opinion as below 1. 4-5 MFs not sufficient in long run. MF underperforms and u hv to do SIPs/Lumpsup in performing ones without selling existing schemes 2 Need to have a good medical insurance in addition to company provided policy 3. Credit Card is essential n beneficial if used wisely 4. Locker in one bank is not good idea, better to split in two banks
Sir main UTI index fund m invest karta hu for longterm.. Agar after some years usme koi fraud ki koi news aae to mere paise ka kya hoga sir plz answer 🙏🙏
I invest only in etfs and index to stay safe with a good return, as it is as I don’t understand individual business! Expense ratio, exit load, broaker charge will increase day by day and it depends on fund manager activity and changing! Nifty 50, Sensex, NDX100, Are best and safer than active funds and individual stock! Dividends over 5k are also taxable now so those pleasures are gone 😀
I have 57 stocks....kya karun control ni hota h. Companies like Whirlpool, Wipro ye sb jb girta h to Raha ni jaata and dheere dheere portfolio 12 se 57 ho gya

4-5 mutual fund is for maximum of equity only or total debt + equity?
4-5 only equity funds. 1-2 debt funds are good as said by sir in his earlier videos.
@@abheypathania everyone nowdsys suggest best equity funds but no one suggested good debt funds in current interest rate for 1-2 3-4 years
@@abhijeetsingh115 Best debt funds depends on many factors. Currently major debt funds give returns of FD.
Highly informative and useful video for youngsters. Hats of to you sir.

The best investment one can do right now is investing on Forex trading though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to Forex, I've seen so much difference
I have been making a lot profit through forex trading which has been the main source of my income
Actually an expert broker handles my forex investments while I invest in some real estate with the profit I make
David hook handles my investment portfolio, he's an expert when it comes to trading forex.
He made over $38k with my $5k start up capital
He's available on G mail
Very Good video sir
