I WOULDN’T!!! My parents have money and they used to pick me up in the most fancy cars when everyone else had regular cars! It was so embarrassing! And then the kids would bully me because I guess they were jealous or didn’t understand! They also would dress extra instead of the clothes they would normally wear to run errands. Idk but I hated that attention

When I was growing up, my dad worked nights. So, every morning he would come home with my favorite cupcake ( Tastycake chocolate cupcake with cream filling) and take me to school every day so that I didn't have to take the bus (so that id have more time to get ready in the am. The bus ride was like 40 mins long!)
And that made me a happy girl!!!
Didn't need anything big and bright and red with loud horns and lights.
I will forever remember the simplicity of his kindness and how much it meant to me. 💙💙

When i was in 6th grade i eventually got to talk to him and tossed the idea of living with him and he said yes without question. So yes women do keep kids away from their fathers if they are sperm donors but as humans we can be malicious and do petty things to hurt someone else. One out of 9 girls (some research shows as many as one out of every 5 girls) is sexually abused before the age of 18 and it’s usually by an adult they know - either extended family member or boyfriend/step father of the mother. The best way to keep young girls safe is to teach them to stand up for themselves and model appropriate boundaries. Sadly everyone thinks there significant other or family member is trustworthy- but we just can’t know in such a short amount of time
