Watch the play with Allen's interception again and you will see Knox stopped the route and it was a miscommunication. A rewatch gives it away if you know the football plays and routes, like I do as a Bills fan.
The Problem with MVP people do not look at it like that anymore. The Most Valuable Player is a player who makes a difference on the team, to the point that if that Player does not play how bad will the team perform? But no one looks at that anymore. It's all stats and wins. Look at the tallent around Lamar and the talent around Allen who has more talent around them. It's Lamar with more talent around him.
@ItsFlamoFTW based on what happened this year, I'd hate to say Tua but they lost everything when he did not play. Lol but can't be him neither tho cus he can't beat teams with over 500 records. I'm like Josh MVP don't matter to me, I just want to see him win a SB. He is too talented to have not.
interesting Josh Allen fact. from 2020 to 2023 (4 seasons) he not only lead the league in total yards from scrimage (throwing and passing) and total touchdowns (throwing and passing) but he broke 40 total tds and 4500 total yards all 4 years... something no player in nfl history has ever done. interestingly both josh allen and patrick mahomes had a passing record end last year. both were the only players in NFL history (plus drew brees) to throw for 4000 yards and 35 TDs in 3 straight years (all three were tied with 3 such seasons), both came short of those numbers in 23, ending the streak. Personally i'm getting worried he'll win the MVP this year when there is an obviously better option out there like Barkley or Jackson... that would leave a bad taste in the mouth, especially since he's probably been robbed of 2 mvps by Jackson, when jackson had clearly inferior seasons to JA (to be fair to jackson, his first mvp season was rather good, and almost comparable to Josh's year so i never was burned by that one, but last year? last year jackson had no business winning the mvp over allen or purdy or any number of players out there. Thats why i think it's sorta ironic in a year where jackson's numbers should have him way out in front in the mvp race, and Josh Allen having a down year by his numbers (tbh, it's not that he's having a down year, it's that he's not being asked to be superman, and he's allowing other players score the TDs).

Who would you say is leading mvp right now? Like any player of any position in general
