That fingerpicking version of the piano intro & outro, really works beautifully with your fingerstyle playing throughout. I agree with the "Alabama bar comment" that your playing and voice would most likely stop all of the bar crowd conversation after, "LOOKING BACK....!"

Wow you made my day! I have a good mic that I use and a Scarlett usb input that allows me to connect mics and guitars. I mix the sound and EQ everything in GarageBand.

I guess it's not often guys give other guys compliments like this - (if you where a young female with assets like Dolly Parton then hell you'd have a million subs by now lol) but I say what I see and hear man...See - I was learning the song myself on guitar (I'm rubbish) and have heard quite a number of (professionals -club singers etc) sing it....so I think I know what I'm talking about. I am supprised when I hear a natural talent like you sing and then find they don't actually realise how amazing they really are! You should do a song called 'champagne promise' by a guy called David Nail ...you kinda sound like him to my ear. TC Mikey - got a fan here in the UK my man - keep it up. have a nice week.

Where are you from? I live in Las Vegas. I have been singing for about 20 years and this song is one of my favorites. This year I lost a close friend to COVID and this song really hits home. Thank you again for sharing and I will check out your other songs.
