A friend challenegd me to crochet a shark mitten. God bless you for making a video of it, if I was to make the pattern myself it will took months to at least look like a mitten hahaha

I ran into the same problem with her sugar skull mask pattern. I used the H hook like she said, but it came out practically child size. I think she might just be smol. Best advice: use a bigger hook. A size N worked for me to make a sugar skull mask my size and I'm about average adult height and head size.

Hi!! First of all, let me say that I love this, as does my son. I saw your written tutorial and got started right away. My son wants it yesterday! So in my haste, I missed on the written tutorial, where it says back loops only. I even looked again, but couldn't find it. I'm sure I'm just not seeing it, as my phone loads very slowly. So I did a regular single crochet. Do you think it will matter for the pattern and functionality of the puppet if I don't do BLO? I'm slow at crochet, so I would hate to start over. But if I have to.... why not. And thanks for this! My son is super excited!! I'm editing to add that I just got to the part in the tutorial where you say that you don't have to go into the back loops. So, thank you. I should've watched the whole tutorial first. I just like written patterns so I can take them with me. I measured my top jaw and it is 3 inches. So I will be starting over to fit my son's hand. Thanks again!

I love the shark puppet pattern, however sharks eyes are on the sides not on the top. Thank you for the pattern.
