Spiral steel pipe manufacturing technology: it is a spiral seam steel pipe, which is formed by warm extrusion and automatic double-sided submerged arc welding process.
Working process: Uncoiling→Pinch roll leveling→Shearing and welding→Disc shear edges cutting→Edge milling→Material feeding→Inside and outside welding→Pipe cutting→Pipe end facing and bevelling→Hydro testing→Storaging
The finished pipes can meet API standard after being processed by the following equipments:
❖ Hydro testing machine
❖ Pipe end facing and beveling machine
❖ Ultrasonic detection machine
❖ X-ray inspection device
❖ Eddy current testing device
