That's why everyone was so impressed when Dwight used to jump almost 40 inches back in the day, because that's just insane for someone his size, even if it's not that close to being a record in jump height. That being said, despite not having the highest jump, he did have the highest vertical reach, so that definitely says something about how impactful it is to have a guy that size jumping that high. Still all credit to Muggsy, both for his jumping ability and for his carreer, it's not nearly an easy feat. And the fact that, even tho he had to compensate for his height with athleticism, he still managed to push through until he was 35, is amazing on its own.
