I remember living my dream. This brings me back to when I had my little girl after waiting 5 yrs for her. It was hard work but so worth it. So cute all the smiles and giggles. My favorite time of my entire life was those years before I had to send them to school.

I wish one of these “baby days” videos would have a baby with reflux. It’s such a difficult time. I was never able to put baby down and the screaming cries, heartbreaking. You have so much free time! Editing a video! I couldn’t even eat and shower. I’ve got to stop watching these.
Kimberly's Mind Storm exactly. There is no way you can lay your baby down before the next feed without projectile spit up. It’s pure hell for the baby and momma.
It’s so hard hey. And so easy to compare with a baby that doesn’t have reflux 😭
I'm with you as my 5 month old has reflux. Takes her 20 minutes sleeping in my arms inclined upright before I can lay her down then shes only down 20 to 30 minutes. Looking into buying a new carseat to get her out of the bucket has been so difficult as well. I feel like the techs at babies r us run the other way when they see me coming because we can only try one or two at a visit before she screams. Other than that my little one doesnt cry unless her teeth hurt. Shes got 3 poking through
Me too! My husband gets home at 4pm so I can’t eat until then. When I saw the baby laying on the floor while she made breakfast I just couldn’t imagine lol.
All the baby coos are melting my heartttttt. Oh my goodness, she is so perfect!
I realize this is from 2019, but she is the Ultimate in Adorable. It is beautiful to see such loving parents! God bless your family!
For a first time mother. You make it seem with out any trouble. I understand why.... I have taken it for granted many times. With many different circumstances. However... I love how you love it. Same for Caleb too. I’m great full for being able to watch. Thank you.

I have a 30 min napper! Every now and then he surprises me with a longer one. I kept telling myself when he got older and more active he'd nap more but hes 9 months old, crawling and a 30 min napper. It actually makes it a lot easier to get out of the house so I like it. He takes a 30 min nap in the car and he's happy and ready to go!
The car naps definitely make getting out and doing things easier! :)

Maybe she's ready to transition to just two naps a day? I think around 6 months is when that happens. She's absolutely adorable and you two are doing such a great job!
I was coming to say the same... It's about this age that my 3 went to 2 naps... Then around 16-18 months to 1 nap!!!

She is so freaking adorable! I am so curious what her biological parents look like since she has such a unique look and different features from you and Caleb. Does she look like her biological parents and siblings? Do you still speak with her biological parents and send them updates?

I snuggled my son at this age all the time. Now that he is walking, all he wants to do is explore.
Savor every single second, it took us so long that every second is magical.
My son went through the same thing at around 6 months it lasted about 2 weeks and then he was down to two 1:30 to 2 hour naps a day. I guess it’s just changes and transitions they go through.
Is so does! Daytime and nighttime sleep change until about the third year. It ebbs and flows based on their needs and growth. By year three you either end up dropping that last nap or have the kid that continues a nap most days and not much you can do to make either happen. I have the napper. Looking forward to when we can drop the last one! We can do so much now that the nap gets in the way of all the fun!
CoraBleu thanks for letting me know. He’s my first we also battled infertility for many years so I’m new to all this but I know they go through so many changes you just have to really cherish and enjoy every minute because it goes by soooo fast 😭

So good that you give her "dream feeds" during the night and that you are gentle with her as she is awakening in the morning to greet the day. Not only is she watching intently, but her little legs start going with excitement when she sees her plate. Love all the gurgles when you are changing/dressing her for the day (or until she needs another outfit). Suggestion: since the soles of their feet are quite sensitive, blow a gentle stream of air from your mouth on them in little patterns/tattoos. They love it. Sometimes it tickles them and they laugh. Other times it just astonishes them as a new feeling and makes them catch their breath and watch you intently and the little almost O shape your mouth is in to provide the airstream. They love it. They eventually will relate it to blowing on food to cool it off et al. Tell us how the cloth diapers are working and under which daily circumstances are you using them. It is imperative for their rest and development that they sleep enough. Just like with adults it is pertinent to our rest and sanity. And we at all ages need appropriate amounts of sleep to solidify memory, a big learning tool because we must retain. Nova and other TH-cam children will be well-prepared for ETs should they visit us and look a lot like robots and with a large eye because their parents talk to us on camera and they have not yet learned that there are people on the other side of the transmission. It will seem normal to her, so perhaps even AI will not be as difficult for her as for many. I get such a kick out of how she sort of goes "um, um" when she's eating. Nice to have happy affirmations. Did your time change in Canada already to standard time? By the way, found the spectacular OLA baby spoon. It is shorter than most of what is sold. It is in happy colors and flexible without being flimsy in any way. It has a good-sized bowl for a wee one. You can graduate to the longer spoons with a larger bowl when she gets older. But for now when she needs to learn to manipulate food on a spoon into her mouth, the OLA is something special. I saw it and went, "Now why didn't I think of that design. It's brilliant." FYI.

I have loved watching your story unfold, nearly as much as I witnessed our own journey. (our babies re gestationally 1 week apart! Though our little man decided to come 8 weeks early). Your day in the life is very similar to mine hehe. Including reheating drinks 😂

My 1 year old is SO hard to dress! Omg. It takes 2 people! I always joke that it’s like trying to put a snake in a 3 piece suit. If you take your hand off him, he’s gone. Naked baby just running through the house! 😂🤦🏻♀️

First time watching your videos…I felt like I was watching a video game with the camera almost being like a body cam/ filming your feet walking but it was in fast forward so it made me dizzy/nauseous. Eek! I think I would like to watch videos otherwise but that was too much haha.
