On a a personal note, my late sister fought multiple sclerosis for 15 years. 15 years which incrementally took away her use of her legs, arms, hands, speech and eventually required a permanent feeding tube to eat. She was reliant on something or someone else to stay alive. We found ways to communicate using a word/letter/ number board and her blinking to signify "yes" or "no". She was always asked whether or not she wanted continuing procedures to prolong her life and the answer was always yes, as she fought until the end. A lot of that probably due to her love of her child, which her ex had custody, but she had visitation rights that I facilitated. I suppose in your friends eyes her life should have been terminated. My sister's abusive ex and his sister believed it should have been, because of the inconvenience of transportation of her son from a neighboring state 3- 4 times a year for visitation, outweighed her right to life.

You could cut this cake in different ways. For example evidence shows that a higher proportion on whites get off with warning from the police (they have the discretion to do that) as opposed to non white people who get thrown in prison for minor offences. Also studies show that non whites get disproportionately tougher sentences. A study in the UK showed white people proportionally commit more crimes but black people are targeted more by stop and search e.t.c and therefore more likely to be caught than a white person committing the same crime. This debate is more naunced than any of them are making out and this whole fatherless thing? There is no study that proves that it's a determining factor.

It's not so much that kids are dumber, it's that the increase in admission has lowered the average. I believe at least 30% of kids that go to college would be better off going to community college, tech school or a trade school.

Late bloomers exist, however, performance at the lower level of anything in life is generally an indicator of ability to perform at a higher level. Unfortunately the misconception exists that having a bachelors degree or higher is the only way to achieve success in life. The tide seems to be turning due to the pain college debt is causing and hopefully reshoring some manufacturing capability will create more trades opportunities that once existed in America.

How did that person get that degree? They learned from somebody senior with a degree in xyz. Eventually, you get to the point where you end up with the first person to have a degree in field xyz. So how did that person become an expert? That person presumably learned from people that did not have a degree in field xyz, which - in their logic - discredits the degree that that first person has and therefore also discredits all the degrees conferred to others by that first person - or by induction - by all subsequent persons with that degree in that recombining tree. Consequently, using their logic - no degree is valid, and therefore nobody should speak on anything. Anyways, there are other ways of debunking this type of argument. Here is what's up. You have lost the argument when you refer to authority or start becoming abusive.

On a a personal note, my late sister fought multiple sclerosis for 15 years. 15 years which incrementally took away her use of her legs, arms, hands, speech and eventually required a permanent feeding tube to eat. She was reliant on something or someone else to stay alive. We found ways to communicate using a word/letter/ number board and her blinking to signify "yes" or "no". She was always asked whether or not she wanted continuing procedures to prolong her life and the answer was always yes, as she fought until the end. A lot of that probably due to her love of her child, which her ex had custody, but she had visitation rights that I facilitated. I suppose in your friends eyes her life should have been terminated. My sister's abusive ex and his sister believed it should have been, because of the inconvenience of transportation of her son from a neighboring state 3- 4 times a year for visitation, outweighed her right to life.

You could cut this cake in different ways. For example evidence shows that a higher proportion on whites get off with warning from the police (they have the discretion to do that) as opposed to non white people who get thrown in prison for minor offences. Also studies show that non whites get disproportionately tougher sentences.
A study in the UK showed white people proportionally commit more crimes but black people are targeted more by stop and search e.t.c and therefore more likely to be caught than a white person committing the same crime.

Late bloomers exist, however, performance at the lower level of anything in life is generally an indicator of ability to perform at a higher level. The tide seems to be turning due to the pain college debt is causing and hopefully reshoring some manufacturing capability will create more trades opportunities that once existed in America.

How did that person get that degree? They learned from somebody senior with a degree in xyz. Eventually, you get to the point where you end up with the first person to have a degree in field xyz. So how did that person become an expert? That person presumably learned from people that did not have a degree in field xyz, which - in their logic - discredits the degree that that first person has and therefore also discredits all the degrees conferred to others by that first person - or by induction - by all subsequent persons with that degree in that recombining tree. Consequently, using their logic - no degree is valid, and therefore nobody should speak on anything.
Anyways, there are other ways of debunking this type of argument.

It's bittersweet. To think of these things. And to really be concerned about them. But most of us are working stiffs who just go to work and do what we have to do just to survive. She in all students will learn there always will be racism that it's on an individual basis. There are definitely racist cops. But that doesn't mean they Define all represent all cops. There are racist people. But that doesn't Define all of us either. Right now the laws are equal. This girl wants to really look around open-mindedly she'll see that there are millions of millionaires that are black now. Even a few billionaires. If we as a whole were all racist, we would shut that stuff down right away. Success or failure is up to the individual.. have had hardships where we had to go bankrupt twice.
