The problem of these new city will always end up empty is because the event NPC always spawn on Prontera and teleporting is annoying.
If they make event NPC spawn every city, then new city is worth saving save point to.

Hi Miss Maven , upon completing the main quests of Luoyang, i was able to get a free costume, but I want to get the costume for the other gender, is it possible to get it by doing the quest again using the alt character?

We sea server players are hearing a very sad news about wanderer's SRS nerf. Pls confirm wether this is true or not...tia
the 4th job of wanderer/minstrel has no skills related to srs in the data mine so they will be outclassed by other newer 4th job. not to mention their 4th job skills now focus on support and debuffing.
It's similar in the time when hellplant was a staple in woe before the 3rd job update, but after the 3rd job update...you'll hardly see hellplants because they can't kill 3rd job's inflated stats...the data mine is still not final anyways so there's still...hope (some 4th jobs are also underwhelming after all)

Yes there is no SRS related buff but one big buff for minstrel/wanderers is the Phantom Puppet which make them use ensemble skills without a partner. this is a very big boost on Wand/zmins damage.
@@edswen41 I'm sorry but the nerf they are talkin about was that wanderers can no longer use elements i.e water, fire, wind, earth, which doubles their damage and some other things that weakens wanderers' SRS. Since China server updates first maybe they can say sth bout it if it's true or not XD

Huhu ... they changed the sidewinder card attribs. It was supposed to be level 1 double attack. Sigh.
Was this in PC days?
@@lloydalvarez2819 yeah. And in pc days, the card will activate on any weapon. And if learned level 10, it will use the max level.
I miss the days when I can inlay the sidewinder card with any bow with my rogue and it just spits level 10 double attack everywhere.
@@cubaofarmer sidewinder supposed to be easily accessible at morroc area back at ro1 pc. lol
@@8ANKA1 IKR. I got disappointed when I learned it is not implemented in ROM. I really like to use it on bows (Rogue) and axes (SuNo). But will never happen anymore.
