Thanks dude, that one in the cave where you pull the handle and drop into the water to get that minikit was all I needed in this level. Could not find that one at all. Your the best!

you picked the shovel up from when you was digging up a part of the cannon for minikit number 2 and you didnt drop it again, thats probably why you didnt get the compass item cause you already had one

All of the multipliers and when I completed this level I had almost 1 billion studs!

Hmmm good question!? Have you tried restarting your system? Sort of sounds like a loading bug/glitch. These are often corrected by restarting your system real quick. Hope this helps!
