Top three organization essentials: 1. My notes app on my phone, simply because if I don't write something down it will cease to exist in my brain. 2. My Alexa, I talk to her like I would talk to a PA. She's a savior in my house. 3. The finch app on my phone. It's a tiny bird that you help nourish and grow by completing tasks. It definitely tricks me into feeling more productive because I have to take care of someone other than just me. I will absolutely be looking into the jewelry holder you showed in this video, it looks perfect for travel!!
I have had a KitchenAid mixer on my counter for YEARS but recently invested in a bamboo slider and it amazing for being able to move that hefty piece around my countertop. I also got some sticky appliance cord organizers to put on the backs of my kitchen appliances - it's so nice to be able to pull something like my Crockpot or Instant Pot out of the cabinet without wrestling with cords!
I have a wirework 'tree' that I use to hang my jewellery on - it's so nice to keep necklaces untangled and it also looks really pretty because all your jewellery is on display!
This is purely more aesthetic than anything. I used a cake stand with a dome to store my baked goods on our island and a long wooden dough bowl for decor and also had another bowl inside for fruit as like a functional decor piece too.
I also like the keep fruit on the counter. It adds some functional decor and my family is more likely to eat it. Less chance of it getting forgotten about and going bad!
ugh things I waited to long to purchase.... I love your first aid kit. We had them in TJ Maxx over here in The States. I so wish I bought it. Thanks for your videos. Love them
Love your videos Caitlin! My favorite organization tools are laundry organizers. I have small bins with several tiny sections to fold underwear, bras, socks, etc. and it just keeps those little things that tend to get super messy in drawers tidy, and makes it feel way less overwhelming
At the moment I’m using a peg board to hang my jewellery from. A bin that used to carry food in the kitchen now stores my products in the bathroom. You have to be inventive when you organise, especially on a budget. Reusing items depending on your needs can be a great money-saving hack

Loved this video!! I would recommend keeping the batteries out of the thermometer unless you are using it to prevent a few things, but overall the easy access first aid kid is a great idea! Your desk storage is amazing.
I love organizing and watching your video made me really happy (also gave my good ideas!) but I was wondering where you got your Take Note dry erase markers ? Can’t find them anywhere (or like at a reasonable price, 40$ for 5 markers is not good on Amazon! ) and this teacher needs good markers !!

I use a file sorter to manage my cutting mats and boards in my kitchen. It occupies the space between my coffee organiser and the wall.
