    Nice video I think maybe some onscreen street names as it goes through them would be good.

    Thanks for taking me back to where I lived for 4 years, mate. I nearly cried when I saw my old flat in London Road. I have fond memories of Glaaaasterrrr & England!

    I lived there for many years and moved away 3 years ago.... so weird to see some places have changed already. A good drive down memory lane for me

      I watch another video that was made in 2003, I was amazed how it’s changed over time. I am glad I did this, hopefully in the future others can see what it looked like.

    This video came up in my feed. I moved away from Gloucester around 2007, having lived there all my life. I cannot believe how much it has changed. Recognised some old buildings but the street layouts, new builds and new buildings make the place seem so different. Thanks for the virtual tour.

    • @SamuelRex

      Thanks for watching, yes Gloucester has changed a lot since then. I watch a video of Gloucester in 1993 I was amazed how time fly as well as how things change so fast.

    Hi Rex! Please where is the best place to buy a house or live in Gloucester, especially for a family with children?
    Any Naija shops or restaurants? Thanks man!

    • @SamuelRex
      @SamuelRex  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For family you should be looking at Quedgley, Hardwicke, Hucclecote, Longlevens

    • @SamuelRex

    Valuable video thank you! Is Gloucester quite big compared to Cheltenham... it appeals as it seems more ethnically divers correct?

    • @SamuelRex

      Yes Gloucester is as big as Cheltenham if not bigger.

    • @SamuelRex
      @SamuelRex  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is ethically diverse but that’s a recent thing, I started visiting Gloucester in 2011/12 before I moved here in 2015 and there has been a lot of changes in terms of more people.

    Well I can’t believe 1you live in Gloucester. 2 you didn’t go near docks or Cathedral just a really boring drive around ring roads and housing estates. I do live in historic Gloucester off Stroud road lovely. I do feel I’ve just wasted half an hour of my life. What does it say to people who don’t live here

    • @SamuelRex
      @SamuelRex  4 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      For one, if you live in Gloucester you would know you can’t drive through Gloucester cathedral and the docks you walk it. Two if you bothered to check on other videos I have done you will clearly see I already covered Gloucester town centre and Gloucester docks.
      Type less watch more thanks.
