I have been searching all of the different options to do this and this one looks by far the most effective. I'm off to fashion myself a similar contraption. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for good idea:)So you just cut the ground using angle grinder and you have enough space to burry your y-piece to the ground?Which thickness is the stick you use?
Legend! I have done this with a spade and it took a whole day of hard labour! I coudn't clearly make how you made your y-piece. Is that just a metal rod with PVC split pipe at the end or something different?
Thanks! That is correct. One end of the Y goes into the metal rod and the other two are cut open to just to guide em in. This method may tighten your cable too much so stop regularly to fasten it and ensure there is slack.
Den er laget av et Y-rør for slanger som selges på Biltema (artikkel 25-7100). Kappet åpning i bunn for å legge kabel inno og monterte så den ene delen på stanga.

Thanks for your kind words. Good luck.
I've used an edge trimmer before to make the slot to avoid bending over. I'll have to try this to insert the wire. Good idea!
Clever! Edge trimmer with blade then?
@@E-trond That's right. Saves bending over when doing over a thousand feet of buried wire! :D
I used a fiskars solid lawn edger, to save my back. It can also be used to push the cable into the crevice.
You da man!
what a friggin great idea, i just ordered some husqwarna hd cable so i only have to do this once.
Thanks. Good luck with the setup.
Thank you for video, it is a perfect idea.By the way, why you recommend to use 20V angle grinder?T
Thanks. I just like the dewalt xr series best. Many other brands do just as good so use whatever you have. :)
Thanks a lot for your response. Can you please tell me a size of your cutting disc?
@@АнтонБершадский-ц3с It is a normal 5" (125mm) diamond disc.
Perfect, thanks a lot

Så smart!! Vad är det där verktyget gjort av? Det som du drar ner kabeln med alltså? 😊👍🏼

Hvilken stang / rørkobling?
Fant en 6mm stang og kjøpte et billig sett med rørdeler på Biltema.
